About The Position

RV Tech Enterprise IT is building a modern, scalable, and automation-first technology foundation to support a rapidly growing, global organization. Our objective is to design deeply integrated, low-friction systems that scale without requiring large operational teams. We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology & HR Systems to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of RV Tech’s full People Technology landscape — spanning core HR, talent acquisition, learning, performance, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle platforms. This role owns RV Tech’s end-to-end People Technology ecosystem. You will define the multi-year roadmap, future-state architecture, and operating model for all systems supporting the employee lifecycle — from hire to retire. You will partner closely with People, IT, Security, and Finance to ensure platforms are consolidated, integrated, and designed for scale. You are not a system owner. You are a platform architect and portfolio strategist. This is a rare opportunity to lead the evolution of People Technology at RV Tech during a phase of transformational growth. You’ll shape the end-to-end employee technology experience, define the future-state architecture for HR, talent, and learning systems, and ensure we scale with simplicity, automation, and operational excellence. Requirements

  • 10+ years in People Technology / HRIS / Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience owning multiple People platforms end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with modern suites (Workday, Rippling, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and best-of-breed ecosystems.
  • Proven record leading enterprise HR tech transformations.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Talent, and Learning processes.
  • Experience with APIs, iPaaS, SSO, and identity platforms.
  • Strong vendor and commercial management experience.
  • Executive-level communication and influence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year People Technology roadmap aligned to business and workforce strategy.
  • Define future-state architecture across:
  • Core HR
  • Talent Acquisition / ATS
  • Learning Management (LMS)
  • Performance & Engagement
  • Compensation & Rewards
  • Workforce Planning / Analytics
  • Lead platform evaluations, selections, and implementations.
  • Drive consolidation and elimination of redundant tools.
  • Design system architecture, integrations, data models, and identity patterns.
  • Establish scalable support and maintenance models (internal, near-shore, vendors).
  • Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Own vendor relationships, commercials, and renewals.
  • Build and lead a small team of People Technology platform owners / analysts.
  • Define KPIs for reliability, adoption, cost efficiency, and automation.
  • Designing simple architectures that scale.
  • Translating People strategy into platform strategy.
  • Killing complexity early.
  • Driving standardization over customization.
  • Making integrations and data first-class citizens.
