RV Tech Enterprise IT is building a modern, scalable, and automation-first technology foundation to support a rapidly growing, global organization. Our objective is to design deeply integrated, low-friction systems that scale without requiring large operational teams. We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology & HR Systems to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of RV Tech’s full People Technology landscape — spanning core HR, talent acquisition, learning, performance, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle platforms. This role owns RV Tech’s end-to-end People Technology ecosystem. You will define the multi-year roadmap, future-state architecture, and operating model for all systems supporting the employee lifecycle — from hire to retire. You will partner closely with People, IT, Security, and Finance to ensure platforms are consolidated, integrated, and designed for scale. You are not a system owner. You are a platform architect and portfolio strategist. This is a rare opportunity to lead the evolution of People Technology at RV Tech during a phase of transformational growth. You’ll shape the end-to-end employee technology experience, define the future-state architecture for HR, talent, and learning systems, and ensure we scale with simplicity, automation, and operational excellence.
