About The Position

The Manager of HR Technology is responsible for the strategy, governance, and day today optimization of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem, including Paradox (AI recruiting), iCIMS (ATS), Paycom (Core HR/Payroll), and Cornerstone (LMS/Performance). This is a hands on, working manager role that balances people leadership with deep functional ownership of HR platforms. The role ensures HR technologies are leveraged to reduce manual work, improve data quality, enable automation, and support scalable HR operations in a rapidly growing, acquisition driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field of study
  • 7+ years of HR technology / HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or manager role
  • Hands on experience supporting multiple HR platforms across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (TA, Core HR, Payroll, Learning,Performance), system configuration, automation, workflow design
  • Experience with cross platformintegrations
  • Proven ability to lead through change in a fast-pacedenvironment

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with Paradox, iCIMS, Paycom, and/or Cornerstone
  • Experience supporting high growthor acquisition heavy organizations
  • Exposure to low codeautomation, RPA, or AI enabled HR tools

Responsibilities

  • HR technology strategy andplatforms ownership
  • Own the end-to-endlifecycle for assigned HR technology platforms
  • Develop and maintaina multi-year-old HR technology roadmap aligned to business growth, scale, and HR strategy
  • Ensure platforms are configured and utilizedto their fullest capabilities, minimizing customization and manual work
  • Evaluate new features, releases, and enhancements; determinebusiness value and implementation approach
  • Establish and enforce HR data governance standards across platforms
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and auditable HR data
  • Own HR technology change and release management practices, includingtesting, UAT, deployment, post release monitoring, documentation, and user communications
  • Lead, coach, and develop HRIS Analyst, set clear priorities, expectationsand success measures
  • Balance operational support with project and enhancement workas a working manager
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for HR technology vendors, managing vendor relationships, support casesand escalations.
  • Partner closely with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR COEs to ensure alignment and integration
