Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology and Workday implementation.
  • Proven ability in managing projects and leading teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in HR data analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in core HR components such as payroll and benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR technology strategy and product roadmap for Workday.
  • Guide global HRIS project teams to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Oversee full lifecycle of HRIS projects from planning to execution.
  • Advise on system design and configuration for effective HCM solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and system security across all HRIS applications.
  • Design and produce meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Act as a liaison among HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
