Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology and Workday implementation.
- Proven ability in managing projects and leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in HR data analysis.
- Knowledgeable in core HR components such as payroll and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Masterâs preferred.
- Experience using project management tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR technology strategy and product roadmap for Workday.
- Guide global HRIS project teams to deliver on strategic goals.
- Oversee full lifecycle of HRIS projects from planning to execution.
- Advise on system design and configuration for effective HCM solutions.
