Job Summary: Oversees the strategic, functional planning, implementation, and management of HR technology solutions within an organization. Leads the team of HCM Product Owners and partners with CoE leaders to set priorities and enable business needs. Implements continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the development of new, and improvement of existing HRT policies, systems and practices. Ensures the department supports HR related technology, the application, management, and interpretation of all human resources systems. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
  • One year's leadership experience: Preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification: Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drives, under HR Senior Leadership, the HCM Technology Strategy and roadmap, including the backlog and prioritization strategy, partnering with the HR Leadership Team.
  • Manages HCM Product Owner Team, overseeing the business analyst and system administrator functions aligned with each HCM module, and backlog of continuous improvement and calendared process requests, while closely partnering with the HR CoE teams, their subject matter experts, and the IT team.
  • Works across team of HCM Product Owners to understand capabilities and impacts across the entire HR portfolio, such as security, journeys, digital assistant, data. Partners with CoEs, Change Management, and HR Operations to develop employee-focused content, training, job aids and communications; author release notes that communicate changes to the application.
  • Works closely with HCM and other vendor(s), partnering with Sourcing and Procurement. Develops reports and data analysis to meet requirements of the hospital management and staff. Leads a pool of project resources (i.e., project/program managers, change managers, business analysts) that are deployed to strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Assists in the research, planning, developing and implementing of new policies and procedures for the department. Assists in ensuring that the HRT systems are compliant with company employment, labor relations and equal opportunity policies and practices, and all applicable provisions of federal and state laws.
