Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Workday and its functionalities.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in HR disciplines such as talent management, payroll, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Workday and HRIS management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reports, and metrics.
  • Experience in managing teams and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR systems and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Lead global teams on HRIS projects across various schedules.
  • Oversee full life cycle HRIS projects, including planning and execution.
  • Recommend system design and configuration for current and future needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and resolve software-related issues.
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and conduct system testing.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to inform decision making.
  • Serve as a liaison among users, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and system solutions.
