This role will partner with operational leaders on important people-related changes, requiring creative problem-solving and collaboration to develop and deliver human capital solutions. The purpose of the role is to ensure business areas provide the necessary roles, career paths, rewards, and work environments to attract, develop, and retain critical talent. The ideal candidate will identify critical issues, develop hypotheses about the workforce, pressure test them with analytical skills, and implement solutions across various HR domains. They will independently drive change programs, build relationships, and improve culture and the workforce creatively.

Requirements

  • 5 years HR Business Partner or equivalent experience
  • Experience influencing at all levels
  • Proven track record of leading change programs
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Masters Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and consult on business projects that transform our workforce
