We're looking for a Senior Manager of People & Culture to focus on optimizing our developing payroll, benefits, and people systems pilar. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, high-respected Americas People & Culture team and make a positive impact. This role is a critical and highly visible role within the P&C department. This role is execution focused, best-practice driven position for someone who loves to get things right, running clean and compliant payroll operations, and continually finding smarter ways to deliver strong benefits and people systems to a growing, multi-property organization. You'll be the go-to expert on payroll, benefits, and HR technology. You will help build our compensation and rewards program for a growing organization. If you are someone who takes pride in zero payroll errors, knows benefits administration inside and out, and geeks out over HRIS optimization - this role is for you.
