About The Position

Go-to-Market is one of CoreWeave's most visible and fast-evolving areas, and it requires a People Business Partner who can match its pace, complexity, and business impact. We're looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to own the strategic partnership with GTM senior leadership across our commercial functions and work closely with their team to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the broader GTM organization. The right person builds credibility quickly with senior leaders, thrives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and a high bar for accountability.

  • This position requires access to export controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.C.C. § 1158, (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior HR partner to GTM leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as we scale globally.
  • Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams.
  • Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and other internal People teams.
  • Partner with GTM leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for the senior leadership population.
  • Drive talent mapping and calibration for leadership, holding the bar on job architecture and leveling.
  • Advise leaders on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions as our team structures evolve across new geographies and facilities.
  • Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
