About The Position

Cloudflare is growing its People team and is looking for a trusted business partner to support strategic initiatives and partner closely with Go-To-Market leaders. The role involves developing and implementing proactive solutions, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintaining open communication, and supporting teams. The position requires a strategic partner with strong business acumen, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and driving change leadership. The role will help enable team members to acquire new skills and grow on the job by developing and implementing programs responsive to leaders' needs, role-modeling company capabilities, and scaling with the enterprise business. The fast-paced environment involves change, complexity, and ambiguity, requiring resilience, resourcefulness, critical thought, and the ability to embrace differences and disagreement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience on a People/HR team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business partner.
  • Successful history of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment.
  • Effectively link HR Strategy to business outcomes.
  • Business first mindset, always looking for ways to enable the business to meet their goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for ways to innovate, improve and operate independently.
  • Think of and present solutions to problems, perceiving them as opportunities.
  • Participated in large-scale change initiatives.
  • Keen business acumen and a track record of partnering closely with business leaders.
  • Ability to articulate how People teams bring value to an organization.
  • Ability to quickly develop the business case for People Team initiatives.
  • Built at least one scalable program from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated history of building relationships and credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Skilled communicator, verbally in small and large groups, as well as written through emails and presentations.
  • Skilled in face-to-face communication, especially when the message may be difficult.
  • Generous with time and earns and maintains trust.
  • Uncompromising integrity, speaks truth, acts with respect and leads with dignity.
  • Demonstrated success utilizing AI as a strategic force multiplier to enhance personal productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights to solve complex organizational challenges and support decision-making.
