About The Position

Tempo is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to own and scale the global partner marketing strategy. This role is crucial for driving measurable partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth through Channel and Marketplace Partners, especially as Tempo expands into new enterprise ecosystems like Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Linear. This is a hands-on strategic leadership position responsible for building the multi-ecosystem go-to-market blueprint for a scaling company. The role involves managing a direct report and collaborating closely with Channel Sales and Partner Enablement teams to execute a strategy focused on marketing to, with, and through partners.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Experience managing partner marketing budgets and revenue targets.
  • Proven experience working with channel partners (SIs, VARs, consultancies).
  • Specific familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or Linear networks strongly preferred.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with a proven ability to partner with internal teams—specifically Partner Enablement and Channel Sales—to build unified programs.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate big-picture business objectives into actionable, tactical marketing plans focused on driving partner-influenced pipeline.
  • You already integrate AI tools into your day-to-day workflow for content creation, campaign analysis, and program reporting.
  • Willingness to travel (estimated 20-30%) to partner events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop onboarding tracks, sales playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards with the Partner Enablement team.
  • Manage the partner portal, ensuring it is stocked with marketing assets, product resources, and co-brandable campaign kits.
  • Drive regular marketing communications, including partner newsletters and program announcements.
  • Design and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners across digital advertising, social media, webinars, and joint sales plays.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft compelling 'better-together' narratives for key ecosystems.
  • Plan and execute targeted field marketing events, including executive roundtables, workshops, and regional seminars.
  • Coordinate Tempo's presence at major industry trade shows and ecosystem user groups.
  • Develop scalable 'campaigns-in-a-box' and co-brandable asset templates for partners to deploy independently.
  • Optimize marketplace listings, visibility, and discoverability rankings within respective ecosystems.
  • Manage co-op/MDF fund allocation and campaign budgets to track partner marketing ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Mentor and manage an EMEA-based Partner Marketing Manager.
  • Define partner segmentation and tiering strategies, developing unique positioning and co-sell navigation tailored to specific ecosystem nuances.
  • Manage budget and growth targets for the team.
