About the role: As a Senior Manager, Partner Management, you will be the primary relationship owner within Brand Partnerships for a portfolio of advertising clients and agency partners — responsible for developing, pitching, and delivering custom marketing partnerships tied to Netflix content. You will own the full deal lifecycle, from early strategy through pitch, close, and campaign activation. This is a role for someone who is equally at home in a creative brainstorm and a revenue conversation — who knows how to build trust with senior clients, push for ambitious ideas, and communicate the value proposition of a Netflix partnership. You will work across a highly collaborative internal ecosystem spanning multiple cross-functional teams, and you will be expected to bring clarity, conviction, and good judgment to every decision.
