The Senior Manager, Paid Media (Brand) will oversee global media plan across online and offline channels to ensure bespoke media activations pending market lifecycle & localized differences. They will report to the Senior Director of Paid Media. They will develop talent, foster collaboration and ensure effective communication and implement scalable measurement methodologies and operational frameworks to guide testing road maps and ensure actionable results for online and offline media activations. They will project manage across direct team and cross functional partners through clear alignment on KPIs, identifying roadblocks and proactively optimizing processes. They will develop test and learn roadmap to inform investment strategy, identify new learnings and increase media incrementally and efficacy. The Senior Manager, Paid Media (Brand) will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. platform partner, media agency, creative, etc.) to scale and track paid media recommendations. They will lead partnership QBRs to ensure agency and platform partner relationships are meeting mutual expectations & perform. They will look for opportunities to include new technologies & innovative tactics within the program; continuously monitor industry trends, technologies and standards for campaign as well as monitor competitive landscape to understand marketplace and industry trends over time. They will leverage data and user insights to make decisions for new & existing work streams.
