The Senior Manager, Packaging Design will support the strategic and creative development of packaging and physical brand expressions. This role is responsible for adapting global brand concepts and creating breakthrough regional packaging with a strong focus on promotional packaging design that translates across retail, pop-up activations, events, and omni-channel marketing campaigns. You will ensure consistency in brand identity while delivering best-in-class, consumer-centric designs that drive brand love, visibility, and sell-through, from concept to execution. In this role, you will partner closely with Global Creative, Marketing, and Packaging Engineering to develop both permanent and promotional packaging design. You’ll bring a deep understanding of materials, production processes, and consumer touchpoints to ensure the creative vision comes to life in retail environments such as Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Department Stores, and Travel Retail.
