The Senior Manager Organizational Performance and Training is expected to provide support to the training department for team member training, leadership development and operator certifications. In addition, the position will verify that compliance training is completed at all locations. The qualified individual should have significant previous experience of working with learning and training programs, and should be highly capable of developing and delivering training that is required at the company’s locations, as well as providing advice and support in relation to external vendors. In addition, the individual should have good organizational skills, and should have the ability to ensure that the mandatory training is completed and recorded appropriately, thereby protecting the company.
