The Organic Growth Marketing role drives scalable user and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. This role leads testing across creative, channels, viral mechanics, and product funnels to identify high-impact opportunities. It owns the overall organic growth strategy, using competitive and funnel insights to expand reach, engagement, and retention across new audiences and channels. Key priorities include optimizing end-to-end product funnels, building engaged player communities, and driving ASO, SEO, and GEO initiatives to maximize discoverability and organic acquisition. Acting as a bridge between Product, Analytics, and Creative, this role establishes a repeatable optimization framework that accelerates acquisition, improves retention, and ensures all growth initiatives align with company goals.
