About The Position

Position Summary… The Senior Manager, Operations – Associate Tools & Store Devices leads the execution of enterprise‑scale programs, platforms, and operational strategies that enable frontline associates through store‑based devices and tools. This role drives successful delivery of complex initiatives by integrating people, process, technology, and data to improve store execution, efficiency, and the associate experience. This leader provides strong operational and analytical leadership, translating business needs into scalable solutions, driving cross‑functional alignment, and ensuring tools and platforms deliver measurable value to stores, associates, customers, and the business. What You’ll Do… Lead Program, Project, and Operational Execution Direct the execution of multiple projects, work streams, and programs by managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to support successful rollouts and implementations. Identify performance standards, track progress, and adjust execution plans to ensure outcomes align with business objectives. Develop solutions and contingency plans for escalated issues, adjusting direction based on project evaluations and operational performance. Manage budgets and approve expenditures for assigned initiatives, ensuring disciplined financial stewardship. Provide Data‑Driven Decision Support Provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to influence operational strategy and future business direction. Conduct analyses to evaluate initiative performance, business trends, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations aligned with enterprise and store‑level objectives. Partner cross‑functionally to develop strategies and processes that improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and associate enablement. Drive Implementation of Associate Tools & Business Solutions Manage the implementation of business solutions by building strong partnerships with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business teams. Lead the development and deployment of associate tools and store device capabilities that improve execution, productivity, and customer experience. Leverage best practices and insights from cross‑functional partners to streamline processes and continuously improve tool adoption and effectiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert, applying deep operational knowledge to define priorities, requirements, and execution plans. Develop and implement scorecards, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance, adoption, and impact. Deliver Financial, Operational, and Performance Impact Drive initiatives that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, mitigate loss, and influence or allocate budget spend. Apply analytical methodologies and business measures to identify cost reduction, efficiency, and process improvement opportunities. Use sound judgment to prioritize work and resources across competing initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and operational discipline. Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, performance, and associate experience. Develop and Improve Tools, Platforms, and Capabilities Lead the development and enhancement of operational tools, reporting, and associate‑facing functionality. Provide direction, input, and subject matter expertise on business and functional requirements for complex, multi‑functional initiatives. Partner cross‑functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver scalable, enterprise solutions. Solve complex problems that span multiple business areas, platforms, and time horizons using new or existing tools. Drive Business Planning and Continuous Improvement Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer and associate needs and translating them into clear priorities and actions. Remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance and provide resources to enable success. Establish performance standards, measure outcomes, and adjust plans to changing conditions. Promote continuous learning, adaptability, and improvement through innovation, feedback, and operational discipline. Leadership & People Management… Provide supervision and development for associates through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance management. Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; technical degree not required.
  • Experience with data, reporting, or operational metrics used to support execution.
  • Project or program management experience supporting cross‑functional delivery.
  • Experience with tech hardware, store devices, and/or exposure to cellular carriers.
  • Exposure to technology hardware, store devices, or enterprise applications.
  • 5 years of experience preferred in operations, operational support, or program execution, though fewer years may be considered with demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting or leading operational initiatives and working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
  • Masters: Computer Engineering
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
