About The Position

About the team: The team provides operational guidance and support across financial services, AML compliance, gift card merchants, field operations, asset protection, and corporate investigations. They develop and deliver training programs, travel to stores to implement initiatives, and create communication materials to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team drives business efficiency and supports continuous improvement. Their efforts ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering strong partnerships and delivering consistent operational direction to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in operations and project management with the ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in driving business efficiency through process improvements and innovative solutions that reduce costs and enhance performance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, building partnerships to support business goals and operational execution.
• Skilled in developing and mentoring teams, setting performance expectations, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.
