The Senior Manager, Operations – Front End leads strategic initiatives that drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across front end store operations, with a focus on Cash Management. This role partners across Operations, Treasury, EBS, Finance, AP, and Field teams to ensure alignment and execution of key priorities. It also supports senior leaders by shaping operational strategies, preparing executive-level communications, and providing visibility to initiatives, risks, and performance. About the team: The Operations Strategy, Support & Store Fulfillment team drives operational excellence across Walmart’s extensive network of stores and associates. This team leads the development and deployment of key initiatives, shaping strategies that enhance both physical and digital operations. By collaborating cross-functionally, the team continuously improves processes, supports business goals, and accelerates success. Members contribute to innovative solutions that optimize efficiency and performance, playing a vital role in advancing Walmart’s retail operations and ensuring impactful outcomes across approximately 4,600 stores and over 1.3 million associates.
