Senior Manager Operations

AutoNationFort Lauderdale, FL

About The Position

AutoNation is transforming AN USA into a next-generation, digitally enabled, centrally coordinated operating model. The Senior Manager of Operations will serve as one of the core architects of this transformation. This leader will design, operationalize, and own the performance outcomes of new customer and operational workflows across AN USA — from digital retail and credit integration to BDC workflows and vehicle acquisition processes. This role is not about maintaining existing processes. It is about building them from the ground up, refining them through real-world execution, and scaling them across AN USA and ultimately into the Franchise network. You will be part of the core 'brain trust' defining how the future of auto retail operates at scale. This role sits at the center of AutoNation’s used car transformation. The Senior Manager of Operations will help define, build, and scale the operating model that enables seamless digital-to-store journeys, higher productivity per store, stronger central coordination, and enterprise scalability.
