About The Position
The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and performance standards to ensure successful implementations. This role provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance business efficiency and operational effectiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving readiness, and communicating effectively to executive leadership. The team leads cross-functional efforts during critical events, managing complex response workstreams from planning through recovery. They oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and performance standards are met while driving business efficiency through data analysis and innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with internal partners, the team develops and implements strategies that support operational goals and continuous improvement. They prioritize clear communication, resource allocation, and contingency planning to achieve successful outcomes. This group fosters a results-driven environment focused on operational excellence and effective leadership across multiple business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
