The Operations Strategy team within Operational Services plays a critical role in driving transformation across the firm, advancing initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and enable enterprise-wide strategic programs. As a Senior Manager, Operational Services, Strategy & Transformation, you will operate at the center of this work, partnering closely with senior leaders to bring strategy to life through disciplined execution. In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape operational performance and business outcomes. You’ll translate high-level strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans, defining scope, milestones, ownership, and dependencies, while building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, apply structured thinking, and maintain momentum across competing priorities will be essential as you guide initiatives from concept through delivery. You will play a key role in creating clarity from complexity, using data and insights to inform decisions, proactively identifying risks, and driving solutions that keep workstreams on track. Through strong communication and executive storytelling, you’ll develop materials that influence decision-making and ensure transparency across leadership. At the same time, you’ll help reinforce a collaborative, accountable culture by aligning partners, facilitating productive discussions, and supporting the development of team members.
