About The Position

Drive the execution of Allied’s AI and Data Strategy by translating an established foundation into a coordinated, scalable, and results-driven enterprise program. As the Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Technology Transformation, you will lead the delivery of data, AI, and technology initiatives, ensuring they are effectively prioritized, governed, and implemented to generate measurable business value. Reporting to the Vice President, Technology, you will partner across business, Technology, Cybersecurity, and external partners to advance practical use cases from concept to production, while strengthening data governance, improving adoption, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data, AI, technology transformation, digital innovation, enterprise platforms, or related roles.
  • Experience leading or coordinating data, AI, automation, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership, team lead, or program leadership experience.
  • Strong ability to execute an existing strategy, improve it where needed, and move work forward without unnecessary reset.
  • Strong practical knowledge of data is required, including data governance, data quality, access management, reporting, integration, and platform lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience working with senior business stakeholders and translating technical work into business outcomes.
  • Strong vendor management, communication, prioritization, and delivery management skills.
  • Comfort working with Technology, Cybersecurity, business teams, and external partners in a governed enterprise environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, or related Microsoft platforms.
  • Exposure to Amazon QuickSight, Amazon Bedrock, or related AWS data and AI services.
  • Experience with responsible AI, AI governance, data privacy, cybersecurity controls, or enterprise risk management.
  • Experience delivering business use cases from concept to pilot to production.
  • Experience creating roadmaps, dashboards, intake processes, governance frameworks, or executive status reporting.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, operations, finance, or other asset-intensive environments.
  • Experience supporting change management, adoption planning, training, and measurement for new technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the program forward from the foundation already established.
  • Own and maintain the AI and Data Strategy roadmap, priorities, milestones, and delivery plan.
  • Bring data, AI, automation, and technology innovation initiatives into one coordinated program.
  • Track use cases, risks, dependencies, decisions, adoption, and business value.
  • Provide clear progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with the Data Solutions Architect to mature data models, reporting structures, governance standards, and platform direction.
  • Identify and help resolve data quality, ownership, access, and lifecycle issues.
  • Support practical governance practices that improve confidence in enterprise data.
  • Ensure data initiatives are usable, sustainable, and aligned to business needs.
  • Partner with the Manager, Enterprise Transformation to advance AI use cases, adoption, and business engagement.
  • Support the intake, assessment, delivery, and scaling of AI-enabled and automation solutions.
  • Help reduce unmanaged or shadow AI by creating clear pathways for approved experimentation and adoption.
  • Evaluate new tools and vendors while balancing innovation, security, privacy, and operational fit.
  • Define and maintain the operating model for use case intake, prioritization, approval, delivery, measurement, and retirement.
  • Clarify roles, accountabilities, and decision points across business, Technology, Cybersecurity, and vendor teams.
  • Maintain visibility into intelligent tools, platform access, permissions, and solution lifecycle controls.
  • Ensure new solutions are introduced in a controlled, documented, and supportable way.
  • Lead, coach, and support the Data Solutions Architect and Manager, Technology Transformation.
  • Build on the work already completed and help the team operate as one integrated function.
  • Translate technical roadmaps into plain-language business cases, updates, and decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for delivery, quality, timelines, and knowledge transfer.
