About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Supply Chain is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Operations Performance & Value Realization, MedTech Supply Chain. This hybrid position is located in Raritan, NJ; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil; or Bogota, Colombia. The Senior Manager, Operations Performance & Value Realization is responsible for building and governing the performance architecture that enables transparency, consistency, and fact-based decision-making across MedTech Deliver Americas operations. This role establishes the regional framework for operational KPIs, productivity measurement, cost-to-serve visibility, benchmarking, and value realization across North America and Latin America. The Senior Manager, Operations Performance & Finance Architecture is responsible for driving performance transparency, financial rigor, and productivity governance across the MedTech Deliver Americas organization. This role leads standardized KPI methodologies, productivity and cost benchmarking, and financial performance insights to enable fact‑based decisions, continuous improvement, and sustainable value creation across North America and Latin America. The role partners closely with Deliver Operations, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Partner Operations, S&OE, and regional leadership to ensure that performance is measured consistently, productivity opportunities are prioritized based on business impact, and operational improvements are translated into measurable service, cost, inventory, and productivity outcomes. This role does create the operational performance structure and analytical discipline required to connect operational drivers to business outcomes and support better decisions across the regional Deliver network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Strong experience in operations performance management, finance, productivity, or analytics roles within complex, multi‑regional organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in KPI governance, financial dashboards, benchmarking, and performance transparency.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and regions without direct authority.
  • English: Fluent (written and spoken)
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese: Preferred / Strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the MedTech Deliver Americas operational KPI framework, including definitions, calculation logic, data standards, reporting cadence, and performance management routines across NA and LatAm.
  • Ensure consistent performance measurement across distribution centers, transportation flows, and regional operations, aligned with global MedTech Deliver standards and regional execution needs.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and executive scorecards that provide clear visibility to service, cost, productivity, inventory, and operational health.
  • Drive performance transparency across the regional network, enabling leadership to identify risks, prioritize interventions, and compare performance across operations in a consistent way.
  • Establish the regional governance model for productivity measurement, including baseline definition, benefit logic, validation standards, and tracking methodology.
  • Partner with Continuous Improvement and Operations leaders to ensure productivity initiatives are measured consistently and linked to tangible operational and business outcomes.
  • Validate realized benefits in partnership with Finance, ensuring that improvement claims are supported by clear assumptions, operational evidence, and agreed financial logic.
  • Maintain visibility to the regional productivity pipeline, including expected benefits, realized benefits, risks to delivery, and carryover impact.
  • Build operational cost transparency by connecting cost drivers to the activities, sites, partners, markets, and business units that generate them.
  • Develop cost-to-serve insights that help leaders understand the service, cost, inventory, and complexity trade-offs across the Deliver network.
  • Partner with Finance to improve the operational interpretation of cost performance and support fact-based decisions on productivity, capacity, partner performance, and investment priorities.
  • Provide insights that support long-range operational planning, investment prioritization, and regional performance reviews.
  • Lead regional productivity and cost benchmarking across Deliver operations, using appropriate segmentation by site type, operating model, business complexity, service requirements, and market context.
  • Develop internal benchmarks, performance ranges, and lighthouse comparisons to identify gaps, opportunities, and scalable practices.
  • Partner with global Deliver Excellence and regional operations to ensure benchmarking methods are consistent, credible, and not reduced to simplistic site-to-site comparisons.
  • Translate benchmarking insights into performance improvement opportunities and prioritization recommendations.
  • Own governance of the regional ABC productivity model, including assumptions, calculation logic, maintenance routines, and ongoing validation.
  • Ensure the ABC model is used consistently to support productivity measurement, cost transparency, capacity insights, and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and CI to ensure model outputs are understood, trusted, and translated into actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously improve the model as regional data maturity, LatAm integration, and operational visibility improve.
  • Provide performance insights that support S&OE, operational reviews, partner governance, productivity reviews, and regional leadership discussions.
  • Highlight the operational and financial implications of key trade-offs, including service, cost, inventory, cash, capacity, labor, and partner performance.
  • Support scenario analysis and decision preparation for high-impact operational topics such as demand volatility, capacity constraints, inventory imbalance, partner performance gaps, and productivity shortfalls.
  • Ensure performance discussions are decision-oriented, forward-looking, and connected to business priorities.
