The Sr. Manager, Operations – Omni Returns, Ecommerce Returns is a key operational leader responsible for supporting the transformation of the returns experience within the ecommerce pillar. This role will help develop and execute customer-centric returns strategies that enhance the digital customer journey, improve operational efficiency, and align with the organization’s goals.
