About The Position

The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementations. As Senior Manager, Operations Integration, you will lead cross-functional technology and business integration initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of new capabilities, meeting performance standards, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the seller experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
Extensive experience in operations and project management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business efficiency.
Strong analytical skills to source, organize, and interpret data, providing actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
Expertise in developing and implementing process improvements and innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance performance.
Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, approving expenditures, and adjusting plans based on performance evaluations.
Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across multiple business functions.
Commitment to fostering a high-performing team environment through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
