Responsibilities

Oversees entire general maintenance and HVAC/R maintenance for 53 facilities.
Leads 4 Sr. Managers, I – 2 General Maintenance, and 2 HVAC/R – 40 technicians
Works cross functionally with Store Managers and Market Managers on their facility services needs
Oversee budget
Manage and evaluate workflow
Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
Works directly with different vendors and contractors
