About The Position

Redica Systems is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to lead revenue operations across sales operations, revenue planning and analysis, shared marketing operations, and broader commercial operational needs. This role involves owning lead management processes, monitoring sales activity and pipeline movement, developing revenue projections and reporting, and providing hands-on operational support to sales teams. The position also requires partnering with marketing on operational responsibilities, evaluating and improving the revenue technology stack, and leveraging AI and automation for data enrichment and workflow efficiency. The Senior Manager will also address broader commercial operational needs, document revenue processes, and ensure consistent practices across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, go-to-market operations, or a related function.
  • Experience owning a broad Revenue Operations remit across multiple commercial functions in a startup, growth-stage company, or similarly fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated success working both strategically and hands-on in commercial systems and operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM architecture, lead and opportunity management, pipeline stages, forecasting, activity tracking, workflow automation, reporting, and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce required.
  • Experience developing revenue forecasts, pipeline analyses, dashboards, warning indicators, and executive-level performance reporting.
  • Experience with lead routing, lead lifecycle management, sales and marketing handoffs, campaign tracking, UTM governance, and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment, automation, AI-assisted research, or AI-enabled revenue workflows.
  • Experience evaluating and improving integrations across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, enrichment, and other commercial systems.
  • Demonstrated success untangling fragmented systems, solving poorly defined operational problems, and rebuilding ineffective processes.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently across commercial, technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue operations across sales operations, revenue planning and analysis, shared marketing operations, and broader commercial operational needs.
  • Own lead management processes, including routing, assignment logic, follow-up expectations, lead progression, and visibility into response and conversion performance.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline movement, opportunity progression, and CRM adoption to identify stalled deals, missing follow-through, and breakdowns in the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain revenue projections, pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, and early-warning indicators for sales and executive leadership.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to sales leaders and individual contributors by resolving system and process issues, improving workflows, and ensuring teams have reliable information to move opportunities forward.
  • Partner with marketing on shared operational responsibilities, including CRM cleanliness, tracking, UTM governance, database quality, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Evaluate and improve the revenue technology stack, integrations, workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure to reduce manual work and improve data reliability.
  • Use AI and automation to support data enrichment, account and contact research, record maintenance, workflow efficiency, and improved commercial insight.
  • Address broader commercial operational needs as they arise, particularly where unclear ownership, disconnected systems, or incomplete processes are limiting execution.
  • Document revenue processes, definitions, operating rules, and system requirements to establish consistent practices across teams.
