About The Position

Feathr is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services. This role will own the systems and processes that support the company's revenue engine. It is a hands-on position focused on evaluating, simplifying, and building processes and system configurations to improve team efficiency. The initial mandate is to audit and streamline existing processes, then build a scalable operating rhythm including process, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in a company of comparable size (~100 employees, $20M in Revenue).
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and architecture.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Planhat (or comparable platforms) strongly preferred.
  • A track record of simplifying, automating, and scaling systems, ideally at a company of similar size/revenue.
  • Experience deciding how to resource a function (hiring, contractors, agencies).
  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor and a leader.
  • Strong communication skills to translate system-level detail into actionable insights for leadership.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Planhat (or comparable platforms) strongly preferred.
  • Ideally, experience at a company of similar size/revenue to ours.

Responsibilities

  • Audit current revenue systems and workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat) to identify and address legacy complexity, redundant processes, and technical debt.
  • Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce architecture and administration, and maintain working fluency across HubSpot and Planhat.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and build within platforms as needed, particularly in the early stages of the role.
  • Establish reporting and insight visibility across RevOps, surfacing trends, retention signals, and operational risks to leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to ensure systems and processes support business operations.
  • Establish documentation practices for systems, workflows, and integrations.
