Senior Manager of Product Commercialization/GTM

project44Chicago, IL
Onsite

About The Position

At project44, we are redefining how global supply chains operate with our Decision Intelligence Platform, Movement. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Commercialization to drive how our products are packaged, bundled, and brought to market. This role serves as the operational hub connecting Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement, transforming product releases into sellable offers and ensuring each launch has a clear commercial story and Go to Market process. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and committed to joining our team on-site, in our beautiful headquarters four days a week. We expect every project44 team member to actively leverage AI in their day-to-day work, and we invest in our team's AI fluency as a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in product management, product marketing, or pricing/monetization at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting or executing packaging, bundling, or pricing changes.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills - comfortable driving alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales without direct authority.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to VP-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical fluency (attach rates, ARR mix, basic pricing math).

Nice To Haves

  • Supply chain/logistics or complex B2B platform experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, create and set up SKUs, pricing, and bundling for new capabilities.
  • Maintain Pricing Sheets, CPQ, SFDC and pricing roll out across product pillars.
  • Execute packaging and bundling recommendations across the product portfolio, in partnership with Product Management, Finance and RevOps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM readiness for product launches - aligning Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales leadership on positioning, pricing, and rollout timing.
  • Maintain the packaging/bundling architecture (editions, add-ons, bundles) and manage the intake process for how new features get incorporated.
  • Define Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Product roll out, ensuring appropriate product readiness at each Tier.
  • Run the GTM coordination cadence - launch readiness reviews, cross-functional sign-off, timeline tracking - so nothing ships without a commercial plan.
  • Support business case development for new bundles (competitive input, attach rate analysis).
  • Monitor commercial performance of packages post-launch (attach rates, discounting patterns) and flag issues.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Sales and Marketing on pricing/packaging questions.

Benefits

  • Stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members.
  • Bonus or commission eligibility depending on role.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement plans.
  • Paid time off.
