The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is a national nonprofit organization committed to ending colorectal cancer within our lifetime. We help patients, families, survivors, and caregivers navigate diagnosis and treatment options, connect them with those who can share experiences and knowledge, and identify resources to meet their needs. We partner with healthcare professionals and social influencers to raise awareness of preventative screening, and we collaborate with researchers to better understand the disease and fund critical research. Our efforts are urgent, effective, and efficient because we believe that tomorrow can’t wait. The Senior Manager of Peer to Peer Fundraising is responsible for shaping and executing a bold, supporter-led, community-driven fundraising strategy for the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. This role oversees the End Colon Cancer Coast to Coast and Alliance Athletes programs, aiming to grow a diverse and inclusive movement of fundraisers, volunteers, and local champions committed to ending colorectal cancer. Through grassroots engagement, campaign innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Manager of Peer to Peer Fundraising will expand the Alliance’s DIY peer-to-peer fundraising reach, foster deep community relationships, and drive significant supporter-led revenue growth. This position also plays a critical role in mentoring staff, and ensuring a mission-aligned, volunteer-focused fundraising experience across the nation.
