About The Position

Elemental Impact is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships to help grow and strengthen its ecosystem of corporate, investor, and strategic partners, with an initial focus on Elemental’s emerging data center innovation program. This role is an opportunity for a relationship-driven leader to help shape how industries collaborate to accelerate climate solutions and next-generation infrastructure. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in convening stakeholders across the energy, technology, and investment landscape to support the deployment of innovative climate technologies and advance market transformation. The ideal candidate brings experience building strategic partnerships and managing cross-sector collaborations, ideally within the climate technology ecosystem. This individual is equally comfortable engaging corporate executives, technical experts, investors, and mission-driven partners, and thrives in dynamic environments where relationship-building, systems thinking, and execution are equally important. This role will report to the Senior Director of Partnerships & Policy and work closely across Elemental’s Partnerships & Policy, Growth, Communications, Finance, and Portfolio & Investment teams. The successful candidate will bring curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset—embracing new ideas, learning from diverse perspectives, and translating insights into action that drives measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Experience working across corporate, nonprofit, government, and/or investor ecosystems.
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or partnerships.
  • Familiarity with energy systems, utilities, data centers, infrastructure, industrial decarbonization, or climate technology markets.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex technical and market information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing and managing CRM systems, partnership tracking tools, or stakeholder databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience related to AI Infrastructure (operators, developers, hyperscalers, or supply chain).

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of Elemental’s corporate partner program, with an initial focus on the data center innovation program, ensuring strong alignment across goals, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain systems to track partnerships, project milestones, and program outcomes, ensuring accountability and effective execution across the team.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, researchers, and solution providers to advance programmatic objectives.
  • Synthesize insights from pilots, partner engagements, and technical collaborations to inform investment strategy, ecosystem development, and external-facing materials.
  • Design and execute high-impact convenings and partner engagements, including technical working groups, industry roundtables, regional gatherings, conference programming, and ecosystem events that strengthen collaboration and accelerate broader market adoption.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders that advance Elemental’s mission and support portfolio company growth.
  • Support Elemental’s investor relations strategy by coordinating engagement opportunities and strengthening investor communications.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate partners by identifying relevant climate technology solutions, commercial opportunities, and emerging market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship management systems (e.g., CRM platforms) and support data coordination across internal teams and strategic partner organizations.
  • Help expand Elemental’s presence and influence within the sustainable infrastructure, energy transition, and climate innovation ecosystem.
  • Ensure insights from corporate and industry partners inform Elemental’s broader strategy, communications, and portfolio support efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to develop compelling presentations, thought leadership materials, newsletters, business development collateral, and web content for a corporate and investor audience.
  • Contribute to broader Partnerships & Policy initiatives and organizational priorities as needed.
