The Senior Manager, Media Strategy & Operations plays a pivotal role in advancing Hasbro's global media excellence across all brands - including Toys & Games, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and Digital Gaming. This position supports the strategic and operational foundations that ensure Hasbro's media programs are connected, efficient, and delivering measurable impact worldwide. As a key member of the Global Media team, this individual partners across regions, brand teams, and agency partners to drive consistency in media planning, budgeting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with operational precision and strong cross-functional collaboration - helping translate strategy into scalable systems, processes, and insights. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday -Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.
