About The Position

The Senior Manager of Loyalty Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution to drive the TJX Rewards business, growing brand loyalty and delivering profit. In this role you will deepen brand affinity across the family of TJX brands and drive profitable sales and engagement among loyal shoppers! The Senior Manager supervises a multi-dimensional marketing scope that spans TJX & bank-led campaigns. The ideal candidate should demonstrate agile critical thinking, outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups to drive business results. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of TJX partners, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Store Operations, Global Payments and Digital Experience. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day marketing relationship with the external TJX Rewards bank partner. Reporting directly to the AVP of Loyalty Marketing, the Senior Manager will lead a team of three and cultivate a culture in which associates feel welcomed, valued and engaged. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of agency or client-side marketing experience
  • 4+ years of people-leader experience with a deep dedication to developing talent
  • Demonstrated experience envisioning marketing strategies and driving creative execution across a breadth of marketing channels
  • Proven ability to assess complex data analytics and insights, synthesize opportunities and develop actionable strategic plans across different audiences
  • Effective problem-solver and agile strategic problem solver with the capacity to manage a complex, multi-dimensional scope
  • Broad understanding of the retail, loyalty, and cultural landscape with a passion for understanding consumer needs and behaviors
  • Collaborative relationship builder with proven experience influencing cross-functional partners
  • Strong oral and written communicator, adept at presenting sophisticated concepts in an easy to understand and actionable way
  • Excellent project management skills and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
