About The Position

Teachstone is seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to join their marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy aimed at engaging, retaining, and growing the customer base. The position will lead the strategy for all customer-facing communications across email, SMS, and in-app messaging, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout the customer journey. Teachstone's mission is to improve the ways teachers interact with their students, thereby transforming education and impacting children's lives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs.
  • Manage and optimize automated marketing workflows and triggered campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Partner with the data and analytics team to segment the customer database and deliver highly personalized content.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling copy and visuals for all lifecycle campaigns.
