The Sr. HR Manager serves as a strategic people leader and trusted advisor to General Managers and Regional Operations leadership, translating business strategy into scalable workforce solutions across a complex, multi-site operational environment. This role combines hands-on HR leadership with organizational consulting, workforce planning, change management, and operational partnership to drive business performance, employee engagement, and labor stability. In addition to leading and developing a team of HR professionals, this role partners directly with Operations leadership to deliver HR programs and solutions that strengthen performance, engagement, and retention. The Sr. HR Manager works closely with HR Directors and enterprise HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Resource Center, and Talent Management, to ensure strong adoption of enterprise initiatives and a consistent employee experience across the network.
