About The Position

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Performance & Transformation (EPT) translates strategy into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives that drive measurable financial and operational results. This role partners with executive leadership to align efforts across Finance, Operations, and Technology while ensuring disciplined execution through strong program and portfolio management. The role provides clear visibility into performance and value creation, enabling informed decision-making, and oversees strategic process and technology initiatives to support scalable, long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, consulting, transformation, or PMO leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise initiatives with measurable financial impact.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to quantify ROI and value realization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating at the intersection of finance and operations.
  • Exposure to systems integration, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives from a business leadership perspective.
  • Experience in consulting or within a transformation office.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CFO and COO to translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives.
  • Build and maintain visibility into initiative-level value, including cost, revenue, and productivity impacts.
  • Support the development and validation of business cases and ROI assumptions.
  • Lead the PMO function, ensuring disciplined execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Establish governance, milestones, and standardized executive reporting.
  • Manage dependencies across finance, operations, IT, and cross-functional teams.
  • Reduce duplication and resolve conflicts across initiatives.
  • Ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategy and deliver expected returns.
  • Identify and prioritize process and technology investments that deliver measurable enterprise value.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for transformation-related systems and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, DevOps, and Technical Program Management to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure technology investments have defined ROI, success metrics, and adoption plans.
  • Balance innovation with operational stability, scalability, and risk management.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing EPT team, including project managers, analysts, and systems leaders.
  • Establish clear roles, accountability, and development paths.
  • Build a scalable transformation capability across the organization.
