About the Team: Our Public Cloud engineering teams are responsible for innovating and maintaining a large scale distributed systems engineering platform that ships hundreds of features to production for tens of millions of users across all industries every day. Our users count on our platform to be highly reliable, lightning fast, supremely secure, and to preserve all of their customizations and integrations every time we ship. You will need deep experience with concurrency, large scale systems, proficiency with solving real-world data management challenges, a strong understanding of how to craft solutions that are highly available, and a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize the core back-end systems. About the Role: Plan and direct activities to build and integrate Cross-Domain solutions as a managed capability within the Hyperforce ecosystem. Drive the execution and delivery of the foundation-level services that safely control exposure of critical observability metadata & telemetry to downstream product & service teams from access-restricted environments. Empower the delivery team to self-prioritize. Be a multiplier and have a passion for team and team members’ success. Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members. Maintain high morale and motivate the delivery team to go above and beyond. Vocally advocate for technical excellence and help the teams make good decisions. Participate in architecture discussions and planning. Maintain and encourage company culture by interviewing and hiring only the most qualified individuals. Occasionally chip in on development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments, to gain an understanding of the deeply technical product, as well as to keep technical competence sharp.
