We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Senior Manager, Ecommerce & CRM to lead ecommerce revenue growth, customer lifecycle marketing, and CRM operations across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role will own the HubSpot ecosystem while partnering closely with Digital Media, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize the customer acquisition funnel and improve online sales performance. This role is responsible for driving measurable business impact through data-driven insights, conversion optimization, lifecycle automation, and ecommerce performance reporting. While this individual will not directly own media buying strategy, they will play a critical role in improving marketing efficiency by analyzing campaign performance and partnering with media teams to improve conversion rates, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality. The ideal candidate combines strong HubSpot expertise with deep ecommerce analytics experience and a passion for using customer data and performance insights to drive smarter marketing decisions and revenue growth.
