About The Position

The Senior Manager of BESS Engineering owns OneEnergy's battery energy storage engineering function and is accountable for establishing it as a repeatable, institutional capability. It maintains safety and regulatory documentation and serves as a bridge among Development, Preconstruction, Finance, and Engineering. The position also supports community outreach, permitting, and strategic pipeline planning as an extension of the Development team. The salary range is $130,000–$200,000, depending on location and experience.
