We're looking for a Senior Manager, Network Strategy & Activation to grow and deepen Chamber's provider network. Reporting to the Head of Network Operations, you'll serve as an extender to the team, partnering closely with Practice Success, Clinical, Product, Data, and Payer Growth. The role starts as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the network scales. This role requires range. You might spend the morning in a health system steering committee, the afternoon unblocking onboarding with a practice administrator, and the evening sizing the next thousand patients. We're looking for someone truly athletic — able to pick up unfamiliar work, figure it out, and carry it through without needing the path drawn first.

Requirements

5–8+ years across health system strategy, strategic account management, enterprise implementation, or provider-focused consulting.
Direct experience owning or advising a complex health system or multi-site provider relationship through implementation and steady-state operations.
Range and bias toward doing the work: comfort moving between executive conversations, spreadsheets, and practice operations problems in the same day, with willingness to handle unglamorous tasks that move work forward.
Strong project management instincts: build the plan, hold dates, chase details, and keep work from going quiet.
Analytical fluency: comfortable building models, reading performance reports, and turning either into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with both health system executives and practice office managers.
Working knowledge of value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, and provider contracting; cardiology experience is a plus.
Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI and automation as force multipliers for a small team.
Willingness to travel regularly to practice sites and partner health systems.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation for Chamber’s health system partners, from executed agreement through go-live and steady-state operations: build the plan, run work-streams, and hold internal and partner teams to dates.
Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for enterprise partners, building trust with executive sponsors, service line leaders, and practice-level operators.
Map complex stakeholder environments and sequence the work by identifying early who must say yes and what they need to do so.
Translate enterprise agreements into operational requirements—provider rosters, data flows, care pathways, and reporting—and partner with Clinical, Product, and Data to stand them up.
Build the enterprise implementation playbook so each new health system goes live faster than the last.
Drive panel density across the network: more participating providers, more attributed patients, and deeper program adoption within existing partner practices.
Own the activation path end to end, moving practices from agreement to fully onboarded and live in Chamber programs, and share a density and activation target with the Head of Network Operations.
Manage network participation agreements and amendments from draft to execution, coordinating legal, payer, and practice-side stakeholders while keeping documentation accurate and current.
Partner with Practice Success Managers to sequence onboarding, clear blockers, and ensure each newly activated practice has a defined first 90 days.
Identify untapped density—providers not rostered, sites not live, programs not adopted—and build the plan to close the gaps.
Build and run the practice network meeting cadence: set the calendar, own agendas, prepare materials, and drive follow-ups so nothing falls between meetings.
Prepare analysis that sharpens conversations—performance against contract, program adoption, and opportunity sizing—and own the narrative around it.
Act as an extender for the Head of Network Operations, carrying ambiguous, high-stakes work through to results.
Keep network-wide visibility current—what’s live, progressing, and at risk—so leaders make decisions from accurate information.
Use technology and AI to automate reporting and follow-up work, preserving time for relationships and judgment calls.
