We’re looking for a Senior Manager, NBA Measurement and Analytics to join the NBA group and contribute to the enterprise experimentation efforts. In this role, you will design, execute, and evaluate experiments that optimize campaign performance and inform client engagement strategies. You’ll help drive a culture of experimentation that accelerates learning, sharpens decision-making, and advances RBC’s leadership in personalized marketing and financial advice. Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and experienced in using Python.
  • Strong Business acumen and ability to transform data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Proven analytics and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Power BI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of experimental designs and fundamentals of statistics.
  • Leadership skills with ability to lead, collaborate, motivate, challenge and influence cross functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the company.
  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • University degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., statistics, economics, business) to demonstrate ability for critical thinking & numerical analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience with Monthly and Quarterly Business Reporting
  • Experience in implementing agentic AI workflows
  • Experience in working with Jupyter notebooks & GitHub.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated analytics partner and subject matter expert supporting different lines of business as part of the campaign measurement and analytics team within NBA (Next Best Action).
  • Support the experimental design, measurement and reporting of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to learn from past campaigns and inform optimization for future campaigns.
  • Drive the measurement of campaigns towards informing causality.
