Our Mid-Market Sales organization plays a critical role in helping fast-growing companies standardize collaboration, drive cross-functional alignment, and scale innovation across distributed teams. The Mid-Market AE team operates in a high-velocity, product-led growth (PLG) environment focused on converting engaged users and workspaces into strategic business relationships and new logo acquisition. This team partners closely across Renewal Managers, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive net-new acquisition, PLG upsell, and expansion opportunities. You will lead a team of high-performing full-cycle AEs responsible for new logo acquisition, PLG conversion, and early-stage account expansion within the Mid-Market segment. You will help your team execute Mural’s Buyer-Aligned Sales Process and coach reps through complex multi-threaded deals, improve forecast accuracy, and create repeatable pipeline generation strategies that drive predictable growth. This role requires a strong operator and coach who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and can balance strategic leadership with tactical execution.
