Humana is seeking licensed, experienced, and self-driven people leaders to join their team as Senior Managers of Medicare Sales. This role involves motivating, training, and driving a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents who sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on Humana's services in a field setting. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for actively recruiting new agents for their team as needed. The role is field-based, requiring the individual to be out in the field in the Southside of Chicago - Tinsley Park, Oak Park, Joliet, IL area, working with their team and meeting members face-to-face. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a solid understanding of the market, the ability to resolve operational problems, and provide creative solutions to increase sales while adhering to CMS guidelines. This position also involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with Humana's customers, internal and external business partners, and the community through various interaction methods. Developing marketing budgets and identifying branding opportunities are also part of the responsibilities.
