About The Position

The Senior Manager, Media Finance will manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients. This role takes ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management. The position involves planning and coordinating client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality, and functioning as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters. Effective and responsible communication within the agency network and externally to clients is crucial, as is establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and agency business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance
• 4-6 years related work experience
• Prior client management experience required
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and detail oriented
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications

Nice To Haves

• marketing/advertising industry experience a plus
• The ideal candidate will possess client management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills

Responsibilities
