About The Position

Manifest is a major event for the supply chain and logistics ecosystem, bringing together senior decision-makers, brands, retailers, manufacturers, logistics providers, technology companies, startups, and investors. The Senior Marketing Manager, Manifest will be responsible for delivering hands-on marketing activity that generates qualified leads, builds pipeline, and drives revenue for Manifest’s sponsorship and exhibition sales. This role is focused on generating demand from companies interested in sponsoring or exhibiting at Manifest, supporting the sales team with effective campaigns and content, and using data to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, commercial marketing, or event marketing
  • Strong hands-on campaign-delivery experience
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including paid social, email, web, and analytics
  • Strong copywriting skills, particularly for lead-generation and sales-focused campaigns
  • Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Able to build targeted audiences, manage campaign data, and interpret performance reports
  • Strong project-management skills and attention to detail
  • Confident working closely with sales teams
  • Commercially minded, practical, and delivery-focused

  • Experience in events, exhibitions, media, technology, SaaS, or B2B communities
  • Experience marketing to sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, or commercial partners
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Pardot, Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of sponsorship packages, exhibition sales, and event-revenue models

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver SPEX marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid social, web, content, and database marketing
  • Generate qualified sponsorship and exhibition leads for the Manifest sales team
  • Build targeted campaigns for priority accounts, sectors, and audience segments agreed upon with Sales and Event Leadership
  • Write and coordinate campaign copy, including emails, landing pages, paid social content, newsletters, and sales-support materials
  • Manage campaign timelines, audience selections, asset requirements, approvals, and delivery
  • Support key sales phases, including launch, rebooking, rate increases, and final sales pushes
  • Create and maintain sales-enablement materials, including one-pagers, email templates, objection-handling points, case studies, and prospectus copy
  • Work closely with Sales to understand pipeline gaps, lead quality, objections, and priority opportunities
  • Track campaign performance, including leads, sales-accepted leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence
  • Use CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to report on performance and recommend improvements
  • Support accurate campaign tracking, list building, lead routing, and source attribution
  • Coordinate with Design, Web, Content, Data, and Operations teams to deliver campaigns accurately and on schedule
