The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Relationship Intelligence serves as the strategic and operational lead for Brattle’s marketing technology ecosystem and leads the firm’s client intelligence capabilities. This role combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen to drive effective use, governance, and optimization of marketing platforms and client data across the firm. It will focus on building a unified view of client relationships and improving access to actionable insights to support the firm’s business development (BD) goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on platform leader and strategic thinker who collaborates across the firm to improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, including enabling teams to understand “who knows whom,” track client interactions, and make more informed BD decisions.
