You’ll help lead influencer strategy for the 8th largest retailer in the U.S., shaping how millions of loyal members discover, trust, and fall in love with Sam’s Club through the voices they value most — our creators. From macro influencers to everyday members sharing their finds, you’ll orchestrate how creators tell our brand story in ways that drive real business impact. This role leads the Sam’s Club Creator Program and broader influencer ecosystem — building scalable, authentic partnerships that amplify brand love, drive membership growth, and inspire shopping behavior. You’ll develop strategy, guide creator storytelling, and oversee best-in-class campaigns that connect emotional storytelling to measurable results.
