The Senior Manager – Marketing Integration plays a key role in the development, implementation, and integration of a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business development objectives. This role involves building and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies across CRM, brand development, UX optimization, content strategies, campaign execution, media strategies, emerging digital platforms, SEO, and digital shelf management. With a strong understanding of quick commerce, last-mile delivery, and digital market dynamics, the Senior Manager ensures marketing strategies are commercially competitive, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Quick Commerce, FMCG, and the proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Key accountabilities include oversight of a focused digital marketing strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and integration planning for business development related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing brand expression, campaign management, CRM strategy development, product content and digital shelf performance across retailer, marketplace, and quick-commerce platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience across brand marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, digital commerce, or consumer experience.
  • Demonstrated experience translating brand strategy into integrated campaigns and consumer experiences.
  • Experience working across digital commerce environments, including retailer platforms, marketplaces, digital shelf, or direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, content strategy, media, UX, digital measurement, and consumer journey optimization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, commercial, technology, legal, analytics, and external partners.
  • Ability to translate complex operational or technical requirements into clear consumer and marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Innate curiosity to drive innovation and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize consumer journeys across web, CRM, search, retailer platforms, marketplaces, and quick-commerce environments.
  • Partner with UX, creative, media, and technology teams to improve discoverability, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Ensure consistency between brand strategy and the consumer’s digital purchase experience.
  • Help shape the marketing and consumer-experience strategy across quick-commerce and last-mile delivery platforms.
  • Oversee platform merchandising, content, assortment visibility, pricing visibility, promotional execution, and brand presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve consumer discovery, ordering, and conversion to optimize delivery platform.
  • Develop digital shelf optimization plans.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for brand, campaign, CRM, digital shelf, and commerce performance.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms, capabilities, and partnerships against consumer and business objectives.
  • Lead complex workstreams across Marketing, Business Development, TMD, IDT, LEX, Finance, external vendors, retailers, and platform partners.
  • Establish scalable governance, workflows, quality controls, and partner-onboarding processes.
  • Influence stakeholders and align diverse teams around shared brand, consumer, and commercial objectives.
