This is not a traditional marketing operations role. We're looking for someone who believes the highest-leverage thing a marketing team can do right now is build with AI — not just adopt AI tools, but architect workflows, deploy solutions, and fundamentally rethink how a lean team competes with organizations five times its size. You'll inherit an established data infrastructure and a marketing organization that's already running AI-powered pipelines in production — things like automated content generation, LLM-based lead scoring, customer risk monitoring, and intelligent reporting. The stack today includes BigQuery, Salesforce, Marketo, Power Automate, and Google Cloud, and the building happens in tools like Claude Code. Your job is to take ownership of that foundation, extend it, and use it to keep accelerating what this team can do. You'll lead two junior analysts, replace external consultant dependencies, and work directly with the VP of Marketing as a strategic and technical partner.
