We are seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the manufacturing engineering function behind Anthro’s advanced battery technologies, including our novel phase change electrolytes and the cells that contain them. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll own the equipment, tooling, and production processes, grow the team behind them, and personally roll up your sleeves to take our lines from bench to pilot to commercial scale. You’ll manage a team of manufacturing and process engineers and partner closely with R&D, equipment suppliers, and external partners to industrialize our processes and lines from the Alameda pilot facility through to our planned commercial facility in Kentucky. You’ll design and optimize the equipment, automation, and workflows that hit our yield, throughput, and cost targets, drive design-for-manufacturability back into the product, and make sure every line meets industry, quality, and safety standards. Anthro is growing fast, and we expect this role to grow with us as scope and complexity continue to evolve.
